A typical day at work starts off by having a 15min meeting, then at 9:00 I sign onto my workstation, if there are clients, then I will be calling tickets to serve these clients. If there are no clients, I will do telemarketing, referral follow-ups, etc.
I've learned how to scrutinize various documents accurately, calculating interest rates and the art of selling.
The workplace culture is very professional as we are working with clients all day. Teamwork is key at Capitec bank.
The hardest part of my job is making sure not to make any mistakes when doing a loan application.
The most enjoyable part of the job is reaching targets and good, effective teamwork as well as solving client problems.
Clients that leave with a smile on their face is also very rewarding
