A typical work day: Collection and allocation of all banking received via chq, cash or eft’s to Debtors. Reconcile Cashbooks daily basis, Capturing of council accounts for relevant properties and loading them for payments. Liaise with the maintenance teams. Recoveries done to tenants, addendums to leases for tenants...etc
What I've learned: how to time manage my day and work efficiently.
Management: had a good understanding with the managers and well as getting them to do what I required.
My co-workers: I dealt with them with ease as well as have a good understanding with them.
The hardest part of my job was: when both my direct bosses left and I was to be able to adept to a new one who's working ethics was totally different to the ones I worked with, but came around as he is now the new boss.
The most enjoyable part of my job: when we had a good audit review and was given an incentive.
