Ackermans is a fantastic company to work for. The culture is dynamic young bright and crisp. Transparency is key especially for our CEO - you are always informed about events and changes within the organisation. Not to mention the benefits are amazing. Staff is well look after even though salaries are not as market related but you offset lack of with benefits and having peace of mind knowing that your company cares for you and your loved ones. I had a ball here :)
I effectively perform all my tasks as required by the organization and maintain the standard as defined.
Given the opportunity, I will perform my duties with perseverance, dedication and loyalty.
It is my aim to make and be part of a successful team that is directly involved in making the organization a success.
I believe I have a role to play in making things a success.
Poor management ,sometimes dont go to lunch because it's busy ,long working hours ,promotion goes by favour of management ,hard working and not being recognised ,they don't care about their employee . Never loved working there but I have learned a lot ,horrible 6years

My review to ackermens is that they have good heart and they mean about their bussiness. I've ever heard someone shouting out louder to other they are just brother and sisters. Thet have good characters.
We are a diverse group of dynamic individuals who love what we do! We are driven by our purpose to bring value to life by creating a supportive environment so our employees can shine throughout their retail career.

Ackermans is very challenging yet you learn a lot about a customer's world and how important a customer is in terms of making a business survive.what I like about it most is that it gives every employer who is willing to grow in the company to do so.a typical day at ackermans includes different customers who challenge u as an individual in terms of what dey want, their problems and how u end up solving them.
