Teller (Former Employee) – Johannesburg – 30 January 2019
Office administrator for a Primary school, A typical day at work would be very busy starting when you get to the office/school. Parents and learners will be waiting and you need to address them as soon as possible. Managing the office you need to make sure all employees are on time and at their desk ready for the days work when school doors open. We had a culture of working together as a team, helping each other when help is needed and assisting each other to the fullest, The most difficult part of the job is angry, complaining customers. To keep them calm and happy is not easy. The most enjoyable part of the job was when the children leave the school at the end of the primary school and they greet you and thank you for the time they could spend in the office.

The company is ok but the department has no space for growth for an individual and they still use an old system in place. Change is not welcome on the space and management doesnt skills to manage people as leader because she can't handle even one on one discuss with employees.
