this company is a fast pace company whereby every one needs to reach target and work very well its a good place but theres a lot of challenges that one can face starting from the people (colleagues) and management
-The work place is very clean. -On the floor there is not much time to learn at the company as you are put under a lot of pressure by management -When you come for and interview culture is being lived out but nothing on the floor from a management perspective -There is not really time in between calls, call after call -helping the customer in the right direction.
It was extremely fun and intense to work at Capita. There was always incentives available that would motivate you to be the best that you can be. the management treated you as a person and not as an employee only.
A typical work day is welcoming all candidates that come for interviews . Taking the candidates through the recruitment process .The culture is a open door policy and a fun environment to work in . The hardest part of my job is declining someone who does not meet the criteria but based on circumstances they really need the job .The other part is someone who meets the criteria but based on checks they are declined .The most enjoyable part of my job is providing a job to someone which impacts the life of their family .
capita is a good fun place to be the management is also good ,there is good communication between managers and agents and everyone works well with each other ,but sometimes one cannot have enough time for their own family
This company preaches growth yet when the opportunity arises, the jobs are given to friends and associates of either Head of operations or directors. This process is not fair with many people being overlooked not due to skill bit due to who you are friends with.

If you enjoy a call center you will enjoy working here. the benefits are good too. When is was working here they didnt have the opportunity to work part-time hence why i left. but apparently they ahve these benefits now.
Capita SA is good if only they can change how they review KPI not on customer but on what you sad to the customer, you may gave the right information to them but because you from South Africa they will rate you small
