-The work place is very clean.
-On the floor there is not much time to learn at the company as you are put under a lot of pressure by management
-When you come for and interview culture is being lived out but nothing on the floor from a management perspective
-There is not really time in between calls, call after call
-helping the customer in the right direction.

A typical work day is welcoming all candidates that come for interviews . Taking the candidates through the recruitment process .The culture is a open door policy and a fun environment to work in . The hardest part of my job is declining someone who does not meet the criteria but based on circumstances they really need the job .The other part is someone who meets the criteria but based on checks they are declined .The most enjoyable part of my job is providing a job to someone which impacts the life of their family .

This company preaches growth yet when the opportunity arises, the jobs are given to friends and associates of either Head of operations or directors. This process is not fair with many people being overlooked not due to skill bit due to who you are friends with.

There is often questions on salary being short and they even tax the R6500. Meaning you are left with nothing. They expect 100% commitment and give you 20% back, getting leave is a big issue.

If you enjoy a call center you will enjoy working here. the benefits are good too. When is was working here they didnt have the opportunity to work part-time hence why i left. but apparently they ahve these benefits now.

At Capita its who you know, so if you not the managers favorite you can kiss your job goodbye, they literally grill you for being sick even if you provided a doctors note. HORRIBLE COMPANY.
