crazy , but well maintained environment . i have never worked with 100+ people i have learned how to manage that . im doing admin on so much files as im in charge on the whole site which is Hotel and the conference . the most challenging thing about my job is when i book 50+ staff members then only 30 show up last minute bookings and asking people to work over time

The pay is way too little for what you are expected to do and the hours are extreme and the politics within the kitchen are horrendous. Over time and owning days never come around and backstabbing is very prevalent .
