Calling potential leads to book demonstrations of ActivePipe products, learnt about business to business sales and the complexities of offering a tailorable product but with the limitations of costs to tailor such product. Management was encouraging in the early days but it was a little cutthroat in regards to letting people go, without justified explanation or forewarning.
