Mentally challenging
Intern (Former Employee) –  Pretoria, Gauteng28 June 2018
Researching every day to find the best solution for the problem that was given at the time. I had an opportunity to learn the efficient way of doing a research. The management supported everyone. The culture of if one cannot do it someone can bring the better solution or can make you think differently into the better solution. The hardest part of the job was to get used to everyone is a short period and perform to your best level. The presentation and challenges that are brought to everyone's solution.
Pros
Coffee machine, flexible time, clear deadline
Cons
Short period
