A day when i was working night shift and and we run out of bottles for tomato sauce and we had to wait for day shift staff to come run the product.I have learned that the material has to be ordered according to the batch we making.As for culture none or what so ever.Being careful of the raw material because they look the same but they are different - more... to produce different products so you must know your material.Counting stock and when there is no damaged material then we are rewarded with a hamper. - less
