IT is very important that you are knowledgeable about SAP Architecture and Technical know hows about SAP. It is also important to know HR processes and be able manage a team of consultants. In short you should know work especially the environment you will be interviewed for. The have a beautiful culture and they always make sure the employ people who will fit in the culture.
