I've LEARNED that building customer relation increases the number of sales and future benefits,to demonstrate confidence,to work as a team and as individual also scientific approach for customers.MANAGEMENT i did management course at tertiary and l am equip with management skills such as planning,organizing,controlling and leading.ln experience I've learned that all these management skills should be demonstrated with timing to the customer.Co-WORKERS I also learned from them other methods of getting customers.THE HARDEST PART OF THE JOB is direct marketing because you have to build credibility to customer about the service we offer and also marketing the Bank because don't know about it as l am working in the streets of Johannesburg to get clients.THE ENJOYABLE PART OF THE JOB is the confidence you get and socializing with different people and getting information from them and their point of view.
