Fidelity is racists, there is no growth mostly for control room operator and the hour's are extremely not fair 6am-6pm vise- verse day shift and night shifts for 3 days and three nights 2and a half day off. And the salary is 4200r. Fidelity head office mimosa road, worst job ever.
We don't have any development especially when you work as controller or CCTVs Oparator, and doing supervision we don't have any allowance s as much you did all these jobs that a mention above we get same salary ,even though we get this small salary they still deducted the lunch hour expecial in retail
Working at Fidelity is enjoyable,you get a chance to know new people and learn more such as communications and being helpful to other people around you.At Fidelity the management is excellent everything is done on time with helping one another,everybody has to work.The most unpleasant part it's when you have to stand long hours when you working in a store.The most enjoyable part it when you have to help the customers with service they need on time!
You need to have thick skin to survive in this industry, must always keep track of everything you do to back yourself in case something wrong happens.
In the time and space that I have worked here I learnt that you are on your own with everything, you can't really rely on anyone, everyone is only in it for themselves.
Recently there has been changes in the culture to try and include everyone involved to feel at ease and comfortable, they have tried to implement changes but at this point most of the staff have really lost hope and aren't bothered with the changes made.
Security officer is a good job because u meet different people but we don’t earn well. Where I’m working we do access control and the management is treating us well. What i had learn from being a security is that always be kind to others
All work places deppens on yourself how you work and interact with people. You your self can make it a pleasure with your colleques or you can make it miserable.

No training, little guidance, had to work hard to learn on the job, little to no assistance, I created things documentation etc to assist me in my work, they always expect you to work hardly had a family life, it was very difficult.
