I'm a grateful to have the pleasure for working at Henkel. My manager is a great guy, approachable and always willing to listen. Our IT team is very small, a group of 5 guys each one responsible in his own field my responsibilities include on a daily basis I provide Helpdesk and technical support to over 250 users. this include setting up of printers, desktops, laptops and network related issues. When I joined Henkel I had limited knowledge in Technical support as I have learned software development at the university, the ability for me to adapt to this change and learn is one of my greatest achievement.
