As a manger i have to be at the shop early to set up the shop, this consist of doing a figure 8 walk to check the shop, then write down the daily plan, what needs to be done for the day ahead.I have to have a pre shift meeting telling the stuff what is reqiured from them, raise points communicate to them if there is any changes in the menu and also listen to their veiws.I then hand over floats to the cashiers, check last night sales, stock count and food and paper to see if there was any problem. print out our sales targets so the stuff know what are we chasing, from there its preparing the product to selling it, making sure that every customer who enters the store leaves satisfied. Most important thing is to monitor and check product being soled that it is meeting our quality expected.
