Contracts Manager (Former Employee) –  Cape Town, Western Cape19 September 2019
Working with blue-collar labour is never easy. It is however very rewarding.

The enquiries and contact with the people is basically 24/7 so you need to have a passion for people as well as customer service.

Customer service agent (Former Employee) –  Johannesburg, GP15 October 2015
Typical day in the office, you need to be focused to get work done and meet your deadlines as the office is really busy and open planned environment.
I learnt that I need to empower myself as everyone has their hands full and no time to help you so you need to resolve matter and do your best all the time.
My co-workers were always great.
Hardest part was not having support from management and wanting to maintain a certain standard yet not having the tools to always maintain that standard at times.
Most enjoyable part was the co-workers
Pros
Charity events
Cons
Hard work that was not rewarded by Management
