Employees can select to work one of 4 shifts (subject to availability): There are also breaks of 15 to 40 minutes depending on the type of class. The following are the available shifts one can choose to work.
Early day shift (7:00 to 13:30),
Late day shift (12:00 – 18:30),
Night shift (18:30 – 00:30)
Graveyard shift (00:00 – 7:30).

Yes, however erratic in its execution depending on management at the time. However, this has apparently improved since my stint there.


They checked whether one could explain English terminology succinctly and in a way to be understood by non-first language speakers.
There were English grammar tests.
