Normal day : Come into work at time, check all emails from last night from the Canadian branch, take a walk through the company to check if all hardware is up and running and everyone is good.
Logon to the servers to check daily backups and virus scans.
Setup documentation about the infrastructure and during the course of the day i would troubleshoot exchange, network, hardware and software issues for the entire company and make sure they can work.
