Fun work environment but the work itself is very frustrating

The staff turnover at RedPanda is very high and the majority of the people leave because they feel they are not being compensated for their long hours. The systems the developers work on are very old and for a new developer who is fresh out of college/university, it is not ideal.
The culture of the company is great. The people are extremely friendly and very welcoming. The company offers free gym classes, medical aid, provident fund, music lessons and daily snacks which are being made.
