What would you suggest South African National Parks management do to prevent others from leaving?
To recognize the hard work the employee puts in on a daily/monthly basis.
Appoint the correct employees and not based on Employment Equity
Does SANParks require a motivational letter when applying for their positions, and does an application get disqualified/rejected for failure to include it on your CV?
Yes they do need the motivational letter
It will be a job that I am passionate about, fair remuneration package which will include basic benefits ( pension & medical aid)
