Only having worked in Regional areas and not Head Office showed me how the stores were supported by HQ. This was an effective countrywide support system which must be noted as very impressive and professional. Most difficult part was getting Junior management to work with Middle management. Most enjoyable was being allowed to work with Senior management.
Day to day making sure the tidiness of the store is crucial as it is a representation of the brand and allows us to present the clothing in a more efficient fashion. Selling clothing is the first motive of the day and reaching targets for the store on a monthly base. I've learned to be persistent and calculative therefore networking has been the best part as it involves human interaction.
