Calling clients, handling queries on accounts. Client services. Management were fear. Office politics not tolerated . Listening to clients sad stories why they cant pay there account. Resolving a customer query, happy client.
I get a lot of experience at Top security like how to deal with a client/customer when the client is swearing you.I understand that you don't have to raise up your voice because the client always right.Its better to call the supervisor if is above you.
I enjoyed working here and was fun until I resigned to to join RSS.Since it was located close to where I stayed.we were paid in time no such uneccessary pay queries, if there they were resolved before you we're paid

I work mostly night shifts, shifts start from 19h00 until 07h00 the next morning. Ive learned to be more patient in this job(difficult clients) Workers get along quite well with each other as well as with management/senior staff. The most enjoyable part of the job i would say is to communicate with all the different personalities(clients) My aim in any job is to absorb as much experience as possible.
