Ubuntu Pathways is an non-profit organisation that seeks to uplift and empower those unfavored by the system through career and education opportunities. As a person who enjoys deriving higher meaning for my service, I would want to work for Ubuntu because my service will be contributing to the solution of a better South Africa for all.
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Ubuntu Education Fund? What are the steps along the way?
They follow the recruitment process of applying and be called for an interview etc.. Or, if they are a part of the scholarship program, they get to be automatically considered for volunteering position, such as the one I previously held.
