The office culture is amazing, If you don’t get pumped up on the floor just by listening to everyone else on the phone, this probably isn’t the job for you. There are several ongoing training opportunities, and depending on who your Director is, you could have an amazing direct team experience, too. The vodafone campaign was an amazing campaign which i enjoyed alot the enviroment was always fun and energetic.

A typical day at webhelp on the vodafone campaign was very busy at all times there was call after call but thats what made it so enjoyable, the fact that we were constantly challenging ourselves and gaining more eperience.
I learned that you should always be on time and always be proffessional and treat every call the same. I learned that you should be very understanding patient and emphathetic towards the customer.
Management wasvery helpful, they were very well organiseed.
The hardest part of the job was learning to that no matter how difficult the call at the end the customer should always be happy and that no matter the circumstances you as the advisor should always make the customer happy with the company and never let the customer lose his or her trust in the company.
The most enjoyable part of the job was speaking to so many people on a daily basis and getting to know more about the culture and how they live their daily lives because each call you grow some sort of relationship with the customer and thats how you turn a diifficult call into a good one by being yourself and going the extra mile for the customer to show them they are with the right company.

Working For Vodafone with Foreign customers was a bit of a challenge when it came to the accent but as time went past got used to the accent and everything was smooth. it was a beautiful experience all in all.

coming to work and never having an actual seating place means each employee has to scurry around looking for work station that works.The computers are slow and keeps shutting down.The tech team have already complained that they being instructed to fix machines that are beyond saving.I have learned the meaning of poor management.each month the employees have to check their pay slips and run around requesting to have their payment fixed as there is always money lacking - sometimes in the thousands.We never have a steady work day as management will add a half-hour or an hour extra to our workday.There are no happy employees and everyone is seeking employment elsewhere because of the unprofessionalism of the workplace.The hours keep getting longer and the pay keeps getting less.The manager does not acknowledge his employees - he does not talk with, greet, or even smile with his employees.we are just there to work and be ignored. because of the lack of respect in the workplace, employees ignore authority and their work results are without standard.there were 2 incentives - the one was removed because the employees were meeting the goals and the other keeps changing i.e. the bar keeps being raised to protect themselves from paying us more than they would like. this is an example of how they want us to work harder with minimal pay.the company is run without ethics,morality or respect.its amazing that this campaign is still standing.
