Abysmal place to work, began to feel very unhappy in such an unprofessional and unpleasant workplace.

Well, Webhelp, where do I start? The lack of support, and the lack of common courtesy for their employees is ridiculous. Management is absolutely pathetic, why hire a real manager when you can take advisors offline and pay an advisor salary? Managers are there to manage teams but it’s quite apparent they do whatever they want, and quite frankly do not care. You ask a member of management a question, and you’re looked at as though you’re from another planet. Treated like dirt. As for operations managers, they have no clue about processes in regards to the job, all they care about is stats. They had the audacity to offer drug tests in work but would not undergo one by themselves, personally, I think they need one. They should also focus more on their employees than their drug habits, some people find it hard to cope in that place and they couldn’t care less. Pay is always messed up, salaries are contradictory. No one knows where they stand with bonus, shifts are all over the place. Absolutely shocking, and I’m appalled at how some advisors have been treated. Many advisors worked incredibly hard to progress, and was promised they would. But, when it came to them finally being able to progress, management failed to be able to give them a valid reason as to why they won’t allow them to do something different, and progress at a so called “career” at webhelp. Office is absolutely filthy, and there is no organisation.
