OK Company
OK for a job however, low pay with no bonus scheme's at all. Company processes are always changing and they aren't the best to work with but the help from management is mostly available. Co-workers are perfect for any job and the reason I have stayed as long as I have however, the customers can be tricky as you are very often transferring to other departments and so are not 100% able to help each time. You kind of feel "not needed" with the company which is a shame.

Approach with caution
There are positive people at Webhelp, but mostly in senior roles that you rarely see.
Customer service agents and advisors are great to work with, really good team vibe.

Middle management is their biggest flaw, a lot of people in positions they are not qualified to do but bluffed an interview.

Bullying, harassment and unprofessional behaviour all gets sweeper under the carpet.

Disgraceful.
