In the short period of time I was with the company, I learnt a lot about what goes into financial decision making, as we did a lot of research and analysis with companies in varying sectors. I also improved in my abilities of report writing as well as office management.
The most enjoyable part of my job was working in such a small company, therefore allowing the team to better know each other and learn from one another at a much quicker pace.
The hardest part was that, due to the company being owner managed, it was difficult to do what needed to be done when the owner wasn't available as all decisions were approved by him.
